What they found was that replacing an old Daikin system with a new premium inverter system could save homeowners a staggering 25 per cent on running costs.
A significant improvement in energy efficiency and expenses can be linked to changes which have been possible thanks to advancements in technology.
Without getting too technical, here’s some of the notable changes and what they mean for you:
- Inverter Technology – allows the desired temperature to be reached faster. It also helps to maintain the home’s temperature.
- Predicted Mean Vote (PMV) Control – this measures indoor and outdoor temperatures to calculate an ideal room temp. The control then adjusts temperature to the optimum balance which boosts efficiency and comfort.
- Temperature Limit Operations – this reduces energy consumption because it allows you to predetermine the temperature range for both heating and cooling.
